Visual Designer
About the role
You will own still and motion design deliverables for our content team end-to-end.
You’ll receive a brief, then lead the full workflow: develop creative proposals, generate and refine ideas, and translate the chosen direction into polished, on-brand assets that move quickly from brief to publication.
We expect high-quality, well thought-out, refined output rather than quantity. The right person is strong in visual fundamentals and motion craft, and is confident in visual workflows.
You will use GenAI to generate high-quality visual elements as building blocks—creating multiple AI assets, refining them, and stitching them together into a cohesive, highly polished final product.
You thrive in a strong growth-mindset environment and are a self-motivated learner who actively seeks feedback, experiments, and continuously improves.
Key responsibilities
Own all still + motion graphic design requests from the content team (and partner teams such as Martech): take briefs end-to-end from ideation and proposals through production-ready delivery.
Generate, create, and compose high-quality GenAI outputs into polished, usable collateral: produce reusable AI assets (still + video), stitch multiple generations into coherent final deliverables, and maintain brand consistency.
Produce long-form YouTube videos for our travel channel: take ideas from content/marketing, develop the concept and storyboard, and deliver the final edited video package ready for publishing.
Support UX/UI and web design needs: design and mock up on-brand landing pages, blog layouts, company web pages, and SEO landing page concepts.
Stay on top of AI trends and new capabilities: continuously evaluate tools and workflows, share learnings with the team, and unlock new creative possibilities.
Must-have skills and experience
Demonstrated strong visual acuity, with a portfolio showing excellent still + motion fundamentals (composition, typography, layout, pacing, polish).
End-to-end ownership: can take a brief from concepts/proposals through production-ready delivery, communicating options and tradeoffs clearly.
Expert production skills across core tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; plus video editing in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut.
GenAI creation + compositing (must): skilled with leading text-to-image and text-to-video tools (e.g., NanoBanana, Veo 3, Sora, and equivalents) to generate high-quality building blocks, then stitch/composite multiple generations into cohesive, on-brand final assets.
Strong prompt engineering and iteration workflow; exceptional attention to detail and clear, proactive communication.
How to apply
Submit your resume and full portfolio.
In addition, include three motion graphics pieces you want to highlight and three still visual design pieces you want to highlight (links are fine). If possible, share brief context on your role and the tools/workflow used (including any GenAI components).
