Team Description:
The People team drives Wego’s growth by identifying, attracting and retaining world-class talent across our global offices. The team operates as strategic partners to the business, combining data-driven insights, strong stakeholder collaboration and modern technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Within the function, the Talent Acquisition team leads full-cycle recruitment across all departments, balancing high-volume operational hiring with strategic, specialist roles to support Wego’s global expansion.
The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Executive (Mass Hiring) will be responsible for delivering high-volume hiring across Wego’s Cairo operations, focusing on Customer Service and related operational roles. The role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage large-scale outreach, identify fresh talent and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet batch hiring targets.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of the local job market and can operate independently while partnering closely with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
What you will be working on:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer Service and operational roles within defined timelines and volume targets
Conduct extensive sourcing and outreach to build large, diverse candidate pipelines using existing networks, social platforms and job boards
Organize and execute batch interview and selection processes to meet monthly hiring requirements
Partner with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment activity with business demand
Manage candidate screening, shortlisting and coordination across multiple roles simultaneously
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract fresh graduates and high-potential talent in the local market
Track hiring performance and maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS
Represent Wego at career fairs, universities and local hiring events to build visibility and attract talent
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring transparent communication and efficient recruitment delivery
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent, high-volume hiring results within tight timelines
Manage sourcing, screening and coordination for batch recruitment cycles
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Work independently while driving process improvements and candidate experience
Skills and experience:
2–4 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on mass or operational hiring
Proven experience hiring for Customer Service or high-volume support functions
Strong understanding of the Cairo and wider Egypt talent market
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with outreach across multiple platforms and channel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Experience hiring in the travel industry is a plus
