Team Description:
The Media Solutions team works with global brands, airlines, tourism boards and travel partners to design and deliver high-performing advertising campaigns across Wego’s platforms. Combining creativity with data-driven execution, the team helps partners connect with travelers through innovative ad formats, programmatic delivery and measurable results.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations Intern to join our growing AdOps team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital advertising, programmatic operations and campaign management within a global travel tech environment. You will assist in setting up, monitoring and optimizing display, video and native campaigns across multiple ad servers and DSPs while learning how Wego’s ad delivery and monetization ecosystem operates at scale.
What you will be working on:
Support the Ad Operations team in campaign setup, trafficking and quality assurance in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
Monitor live campaigns to ensure accurate tracking and timely delivery of ads
Assist in performance analysis by extracting data from dashboards and preparing client reports
Help troubleshoot discrepancies, tag issues or ad rendering problems across devices and placements
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Account Management and Design to ensure campaign requirements are met
Learn and support programmatic operations including header bidding, floor price optimization and audience targeting
Maintain internal documentation and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the AdOps team
What you will learn:
End-to-end ad trafficking and campaign lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with major ad tech platforms such as GAM, CM360, DV360, Meiro CDP and Looker Studio
Fundamentals of programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs and RTB
How to analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, eCPM and viewability
Data-driven decision-making and real-time performance optimization
Skills and experience:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Media or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing and ad technology
Basic understanding of online advertising concepts such as impressions, clicks, CTR and conversions
Good analytical and Excel or Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Duration and perks:
