Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior CRM Executive to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving engagement, personalization, and retention across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM tools and strategies, a proven track record in campaign management, and strong collaboration skills—particularly with product and cross-functional marketing teams. Experience in the travel industry is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy covering email, push notifications, in-app/on-site notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Design and optimize onboarding and engagement journeys to boost retention and lifetime value.
Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of CRM campaigns.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.
Personalization & Segmentation
Drive advanced personalization strategies to deliver relevant content and offers.
Develop sophisticated segmentation frameworks based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the product team to align CRM initiatives with product features and user experience enhancements.
Collaborate with analytics, design, and content teams to ensure campaigns are consistent, impactful, and brand-aligned.
Innovation & Best Practices
Stay ahead of CRM technology trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Recommend and implement innovations to enhance CRM effectiveness.
Performance Measurement
Define KPIs to evaluate CRM initiatives.
Produce regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of CRM management experience across multiple channels.
Strong expertise in email marketing, push notifications, in-app/on-site notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing.
Proven experience in creating customer onboarding and engagement journeys.
Deep understanding of personalization techniques and data-driven CRM strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BigQuery.
Strong technical skills, including HTML, CSS, JS, and other languages for email creation and report automation.
Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
Strong project management capabilities with experience handling multiple concurrent campaigns.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Prior experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
