Campaign Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager with strong expertise in advertising operations and programmatic media buying to join our Media Solutions Team. In this dual-capability role, you will manage, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns across direct and programmatic channels to ensure consistent delivery of high-performance results. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, platform partners, and clients, playing a pivotal role in driving campaign success and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across direct (GAM/CM360) and programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
- Plan and execute programmatic media buying strategies, including audience segmentation, inventory selection, bid strategy, and pacing.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency, CTR, and ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery, tracking, and performance issues across platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to align campaign objectives and ad creatives with targeting strategies.
- Ensure clear, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders to align
on goals, KPIs, and reporting.
Provide mentorship and operational support to team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Keep up with industry trends and platform updates to proactively adopt best practices and drive innovation.
Who You Are:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP), Campaign Manager 360, DV360, and familiarity with DSPs and SSPs.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a solid background in programmatic buying, campaign trafficking, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, results-driven, and detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
