Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotels Loading Executive to support our contracting operations by maintaining and updating content within our core database. This includes loading contracted rates and availability, as well as the day-to-day maintenance of supplier information. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate processing of data received from the contracting team and will liaise directly with contractors, contract coordinators, and suppliers when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Upload supplier information and details into our database.

• Upload and maintain contractual agreements in the system based on the type of connectivity.

• Upload and maintain hotel rates and inventory updates as assigned.

• Maintain quality and efficiency targets for loading activities.

• Adhere to shift rotations and coverage schedules.

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies or a related field.

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.

Work Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in contracting or rate/yield management within a TA/OTA/DMC/Wholesale environment.

• B2B/B2C contracting experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
