About the Job:
The Campaign Support Executive (Media Sales) is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, external partners, and clients to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination:
Assist in the development and execution of partners’ media campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and CRM activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, sales, operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and timely campaign delivery
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics.
Assist in evaluating campaign success and providing insights for optimization.
Communicate with clients and partners to gather campaign requirements and approvals.
Provide support in handling inquiries and resolving campaign-related issues.
Maintain relationships with media agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain campaign documentation, including reports, briefs, and case studies.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to refining campaign workflows.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and competitor campaigns.
Manage relationships with external agencies, business partners, and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing/advertising channels.
1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, campaign management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
