About the role: 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automation Engineer to join our Data Team, specializing in developing automation solutions preferably using RPA with Python, similar platforms and leveraging AI to optimize business processes. 

This is a full-time role for candidates with 2-4 years of experience. You will collaborate closely with our finance, marketing, payments, and flights teams to design and implement scalable, intelligent automation solutions, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and innovation while reducing manual effort and operational bottlenecks across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document business requirements and translating those into technical specifications

• Design target solution and develop technical prototypes

• Develop software automation frameworks following Agile framework

• Assist in the automation of processes across finance, marketing, payments, and flights teams using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• Develop and maintain automation scripts primarily written in Python.

• Utilize BigQuery to extract, transform, and load data for automation tasks.

• Explore and implement solutions involving OpenAI/GenAI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for in-house tool development.

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python programming. (must)

• Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BigQuery.

• Good to have knowledge in Robot Framework.

• Keen interest in learning and exploring OpenAI, GenAI, NLP and related technologies.

• Good to have knowledge in Agile Methodology.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage time effectively.
