Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer and Video Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and graphic design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. You will support the paid advertising team with static creatives and videos to help us acquire new users.

Responsibilities

Creative Development:

• Design static and animated creatives tailored for various paid ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

• Create engaging short-form videos, GIFs, and motion graphics optimised for performance and audience engagement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging.

• Partner with the marketing manager to ensure creatives align with brand identity and messaging.

Optimization:

• Understand ad performance to refine and improve creative strategies.

• Implement A/B testing of creatives to identify what resonates best with the audience.

Trendspotting:

• Stay updated on design trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to create cutting-edge designs.

• Proactively suggest new ideas for creatives and formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Graphic Designer and Video Creator.

• Excellent knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills.

• Excellent understanding of visual aesthetics and storytelling.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their requirements.

• Knowledge of video formats and compression techniques.

• Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
