Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retargeting Manager to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing retargeting campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and X (formerly Twitter). You will work closely with the broader marketing team to enhance customer retention, and engagement efforts, ensuring optimal performance and ROI for all retargeting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution
Plan, create, and launch high-performance retargeting campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, and X.
Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to effectively engage users based on their past interactions with the brand (website visits, app installs, email engagement, etc.).
Master the use of the CDP platform to come up with different audience segments to target with different messagings and offers.
Optimization and Analysis
Continuously monitor campaign performance.
Conduct A/B tests.
Adjust strategies to maximize ROI/ROAS.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement across platforms.
Leverage retargeting best practices and platform-specific tools to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
Collaboration and Reporting
Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to align on campaign objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Generate detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders, presenting campaign results, insights, and actionable recommendations.
Provide regular updates to leadership on campaign performance, budget tracking, and strategic adjustments.
Budget Management
Manage and optimize retargeting budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient spend allocation based on performance and business priorities.

Making sure that the spendings are increased efficiently in peak seasons without negatively affecting the ROI/ROAS.
Qualifications:
Experience
6+ years of experience managing retargeting or paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads, X).
Proven track record of driving performance and delivering strong ROI in paid media campaigns.
Skills
Expertise in retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and bid management.
In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to optimize campaigns for these KPIs.
Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Apple Search Ads, and X Ads.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other third-party analytics platforms.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset, able to interpret and act on campaign data.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
