Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven App Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Wego.com. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, and the ability to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research using tools like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and SEMRush to identify potential high-value search terms.
Campaign Management: Design, develop, and manage App install campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Apple Search Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Tabby Ads etc.
Develop Retargeting Strategies: Design and execute retargeting strategies to re-engage users who have installed the Wego.com app but have not completed desired actions, such as booking a flight or hotel reservation.
Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize data-driven insights to segment app users based on their behavior, preferences, and stage in the user journey. Implement personalized retargeting campaigns tailored to specific user segments to maximize relevance and effectiveness.
Dynamic Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop dynamic ad creatives that dynamically adjust based on user behavior and preferences. Utilize compelling visuals and messaging to capture users' attention and encourage them to engage and further re-engage with the app.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing of different ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches for app retargeting. Continuously optimize retargeting campaigns based on performance data and insights to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Budget Management: Monitor daily campaign budgets to ensure optimal use of funds and LTV/ROI.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues. Metrics may include CTR (Or TTR), Conversion Rate, CPIs, LTV, Churn rate and others.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure landing pages are effectively optimized for better campaign performance.
Reporting: Generate regular reports showcasing campaign performance and insights.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor advertising links and strategies to refine our approach.
Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive at any point in time ensuring timely implementation to gain the early movers advantage.
Collaboration: Work alongside other marketing team members to integrate app marketing campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficient in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, TikTok etc.
Strong analytical mindset and skills.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
A strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Knowledge in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
