Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Display Executive to join our Performance Marketing team at Wego, a leading travel website/app. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing display advertising campaigns with a strong focus on video content, particularly on YouTube, while also working across other platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and X. You will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement through visually compelling and high-performing display campaigns in the travel industry. You will also be responsible for KPIs such as ROI/ROAS for certain lower funnel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Display Campaign Execution:
Develop, implement, and optimize display advertising campaigns with a focus on video ads across multiple platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and X.
Oversee the creation and execution of audience segmentation strategies, leveraging behavioral, demographic, and interest-based targeting to drive high-quality traffic.
Campaign Optimization & Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance across all display channels, continuously optimizing for key metrics such as view-through rates (VTR), click-through rates (CTR), conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze data trends and user behavior to refine targeting and ensure campaigns are reaching the most relevant audience segments.
Cross-Platform Campaign Management:
Manage and optimize display ad campaigns on YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Snapchat, and X, ensuring consistent messaging and performance across platforms.
Stay up to date with platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest capabilities for maximum impact.
Develop strategies to maximize ad spend efficiency across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
Reporting and Insights:
Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Present campaign results and actionable recommendations to senior management, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Measure and report on the success of campaigns in relation to overall business objectives, including user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Budget & Resource Management:
Oversee budget allocation for display and video campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and within the allocated spend.
Track spend against performance to optimize budget distribution based on results, ensuring the highest possible return on investment.
Qualifications
Experience:
4+ years of experience managing display advertising campaigns with a focus on video content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and X.
Strong experience in driving performance marketing initiatives, particularly for customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Proven success in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and achieving KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and VTR.
Skills:
Deep understanding of video advertising best practices across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta and Snapchat, including audience targeting and bidding strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly to drive better results.
Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Ads, and X Ads.
Solid knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and data analytics teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changes in the performance marketing landscape.
