Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated National Tourism Organization Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team at Wego. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter). You will work closely with the National Tourism Organizations team to enhance brand awareness, traffic, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Plan campaign budgets and Pacing according to media plans provided by clients and the NTO team.
Add the budgets and deadlines to tracking sheets.
Launch campaigns across key digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X.
leverage behavioral, demographic, and interest-based targeting to drive high-quality traffic.
Campaign and Budget Optimization:
Daily check-up on campaign budget pacing.
Optimizing campaign budgets and bids in case of any projected over/under spend.
Creative changes according to plans shared by the NTO team.
Reporting and Insights:
Provide regular, detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Present campaign results and actionable recommendations to senior management, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
Measure and report on the success of campaigns in relation to overall business objectives, including user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
Suggest ways to improve overall performance especially with the changes and updates that come with every platform.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience managing advertising campaigns across platforms like Google ads, Meta, and X.
Strong experience in driving performance marketing initiatives, particularly for customer acquisition, engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Proven success in campaign optimization.
Skills:
Deep understanding of best practices across platforms like Google Ads, Meta and X, including audience targeting and bidding strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly to drive better results.
Solid knowledge of campaign reporting and performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams including creative, content, product, and data analytics teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changes in the performance marketing landscape.
