The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. As an individual contributor, you will identify sales opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet and exceed revenue goals. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach to managing accounts, negotiating deals, and supporting client retention.
What you will be working on:
You will identify sales opportunities through prospecting and networking, develop sales strategies, and manage complex sales cycles. This includes working closely with internal teams, delivering sales presentations, and providing feedback to enhance product and sales strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, and networking.
Develop and execute action plans and closing strategies with the WegoPro sales leadership.
Pursue revenue opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage the sales process, including qualification, needs analysis, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
Develop a strong understanding of the market, competitive offerings, and territory needs.
Manage complex sales cycles related to e-commerce and marketing SaaS.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize business development activities.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and third parties to increase opportunities.
Deliver effective sales presentations and travel to customer locations as needed.
Provide field insights to cross-functional teams regarding product, sales, and competitive landscape.
Skills and experience:
Minimum Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
4+ years of B2B technology sales experience, specifically in SaaS.
Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in setting sales processes.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Aggressive in developing new accounts and building relationships.
