Job Summary:
Manage the Loading and connectivity technical process and lead the loading and connectivity team to maintain and update content in the core database of the company. This will include the loading of contracted rates and availability in addition to day to day maintenance of supplier information.
The successful candidate in this role must ensure efficient and accurate processing of information from our contracting department and communicate directly with the contractor, contracts coordinator and our suppliers where necessary. Manage the include but not limited to rates structure and availability in addition to day-to-day maintenance of supplier information in coordination with contracting team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain direct Static Contractual agreements as designated.
• Maintain Dynamic channels managers and relationships with the hotels.
• Manage Global Chains dynamic connectivity.
• Maintain DMCs’ profiles and their direct supply.
• Maintain Rates and availability quality assurance and set-up.
• Manage quality service levels as per priority metrics agreement.
• Manage loading team performance and tasks distribution – all connectivity.
• Manage Quality and Loading productivity reports.
• Manage team workforce and shifts to achieve the required coverage.
• Lead QC/A & Loading teams to ensure best rates set-up and visibility.
• Cooperate with the Contracting team in the Yielding & Rate management.
• Share the knowledge and loading corrective actions with the loading team.
• Achieve monthly targeted numbers as assigned.
Eduction and training:
• Bachelor’s degree, in tourism studies or equivalent major.
• Very good in Arabic and English language is a must, additional language is optional.
• Business English and Documentation Skills e-mails writing, and Details oriented.
• Travel Trade Experience, Tourism industry and/or hospitality supported by proven contracting
experience gained within OTA/Wholesale/BedBank/TO enviroment

Work related experience:
• 5 – 7 Years Contracting and yielding experience TA/OTA/DMC/WH
• B2B/B2C contracting experience in the designated destination
• Hands-on Technical contracts management (Static & Channel manager).
